ADVENT SERIES: An Evening Concert with Delaney Young

The Kilns ADVENT SERIES hopes you can join us for our December concerts to remind us of the true value of Christmas. As we center our hearts during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, we hope our Advent Series will provide a space to experience the sacred, breathe, connect, and cultivate goodness in our hearts so that we can bring the beauty of Christ into our daily lives.

Joins us at The Kilns for an intimate evening of live music with Chicago-based singer-songwriter Delaney Young.

Delaney writes what she calls Godsongs, altar poems, and things of beauty—music that makes room for faith, doubt, surrender, discovery, and the complicated places in between. Her songs carry the honesty of a journal, the thoughtfulness of poetry, and the kind of storytelling that feels especially at home in an intimate room.

Her music includes pilgrim memos, a collection born from songs written during a six-month backpacking pilgrimage through Europe, and Sufferwell, her 2025 EP exploring surrender, suffering well, and coming home. Most recently, Delaney toured alongside Jon Guerra and Andy Squyres and is currently creating a new collection of songs she describes as bright and tender. Delaney Young Music
